Fals (Bronze, 20 mm, 3.28 g, 4 h), citing the governor of Armenia (AH 172-175) Ubaydallah ibn al-Mahdi as 'ibn Amir al-Mu'minin' ('son of the Commander of the Faithful), without mint, probably Bardha'a in Armenia, circa AH 172-175 = AD 788/9-791/2. Vardanyan 2011, 261. Extremely rare. Some deposits and with a scratch on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
